An independent editorial platform that compares online fax services for businesses — hospitals, law firms, accounting practices, consultancies, small businesses, and enterprises.
We publish only what we can defend with verified sources, and we stand behind every ranking we put our name to.
Our methodology
Every review begins with verified data from the provider's official pricing page, security documentation, and feature lists. We assign editorial scores across six dimensions — features, pricing, security, support, ease of use, and overall — and only publish positions we can defend.
Where providers make compliance claims (HIPAA, GDPR, PHIPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001), we verify them directly against the provider's official documentation. When something is not clearly published, we label it "not published" rather than inventing it.

FaxChoice receives compensation from some of the services we review. These relationships do not influence editorial position. Our rankings are produced before, and independently of, any affiliate relationship.
