The Plus and Pro tiers do NOT include a Business Associate Agreement and are not suitable for transmitting protected health information. Note: eFax's pricing page now uses a Personal/Business/Corporate taxonomy alongside the Plus/Pro/Protect labels still shown on the homepage; HIPAA tier is Protect/Corporate either way.
02 Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a $10 one-time setup fee applies. Promotional first-month rates exist for new sign-ups but auto-renew at full pricing thereafter.
