Fax.Plus is the cloud fax service from Alohi SA, a Swiss software company best known for Sign.Plus. The platform takes a deliberate, security-first posture. Every plan runs through Swiss data centres governed by ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls. HIPAA-compliant operation with a Business Associate Agreement is reserved for the Enterprise tier.
In practice this means the product is positioned for organisations that have a procurement process — not for users with a credit card and a phone call. Email-to-fax, a REST API, Zapier connectivity, Single Sign-On and granular data residency controls all sit on top of a clean, modern web interface.

The Enterprise plan's combination of BAA, SSO, API and data residency controls is the entry ticket for organisations that fail audits without those checkboxes. Procurement teams get a vendor matrix they can defend.
Not ideal for
Solo practitioners, freelance consultants and small offices sending a few hundred pages a month. The Enterprise tier is oversized for them. Other vendors deliver HIPAA-compliant service for significantly less.
There is also no free trial on Fax.Plus. Buyers who want to evaluate a HIPAA-grade product without an Enterprise contract should look at iFax Plus or SRFax Health Lite instead.
